VALENCIA, SPAIN
The Company announces that the feature film Urban Safari, one of the assets forming a part of its previously announced proposed Major Transaction, played to one press screening and two public screenings October 16th and 20th at the Valencia International Film Festival (Mostra De Valencia, Cinema del Mediterrani), Valencia, Spain. Urban Safari had been selected by the Valencia International Film Festival as a result of festival organizers attending a screening of Urban Safari during the Cannes Film Festival in May, 1995.
INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION
The Company also announces that, pursuant to a Letter of Agreement dated September 9, 1995 whereby Urban Safari Films Inc. appointed TSC Film Distribution Corp. ("TSC Film") as its exclusive world-wide foreign sales representative, marketing preparations are now actively underway with new advertising marquee posters designed and printed and a two minute promotional trailer produced. These materials will form part of an electronic media kit to be used by TSC Film in an integrated sales campaign currently being launched for Urban Safari. More details of this marketing campaign will be announced as they unfold.
MAJOR TRANSACTION
All potential shareholders are reminded that the acquisition of the film assets, including the 50% interest in Urban Safari Films Inc., which will constitute the Company's Major Transaction, remains subject to the approval of the shareholders and the Alberta Stock Exchange.
