URBAN SAFARI OPENS PHILLIP MORRIS FESTIVAL
Yaletown Entertainment Corp. announces that pursuant to its agreement with Cinerent OpenAir AG the comedy feature film Urban Safari owned by its 50% subsidiary, Urban Safari Films Inc., will play at the three opening nights of the Phillip Morris OpenAir Festival , Switzerland. Urban Safari will screen on July 19, 1996 in Zurich, July 21, 1996 in Bern and July 26, 1996 in Basel. Other noteworthy films to be featured at the Phillip Morris Festival include Pulp Fiction (John Travolta, Bruce Willis), The Bridges of Madison County (Clint Eastwood, Meryl Streep), While You Were Sleeping (Sandra Bullock) and Spy Hard (Leslie Nielsen). The festival features a total of thirty-one films over thirty-one days.
The Phillip Morris Festival opening nights screenings will be followed by a five city Swiss theatrical release for Urban Safari commencing July 26, 1996. United International Pictures, London (a Paramount Pictures, Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Universal Studios company) is handling the theatrical distribution.
