YALETOWN SECURES U. S. THEATRICAL DEAL FOR URBAN SAFARI
VANCOUVER, B. C., CANADA --- Yaletown Entertainment Corp. announces that its 50% owned subsidiary, Urban Safari Films Inc., has entered into a distribution agreement with Warwick Pictures of Houston, Texas. The agreement provides for the guaranteed theatrical release of the comedy feature film, Urban Safari, in the United States within twelve months. The agreement also permits Warwick to distribute Urban Safari to U. S. cable and network television and to home video. Warwick has its own home video label, Warwick Home Entertainment.

We have every confidence in Warwick's release plans, both theatrically and video. We also anticipate that a U. S. theatrical release will have a positive impact on foreign sales."
