FINAL STAGES OF NEGOTIATION
VANCOUVER, B. C., CANADA ------Yaletown Entertainment Corp. (the "Company") announces that it is in the final stages of negotiations with respect to a substantial mineral resource acquisition in northern Chile.
"We are very aware that our shareholders are anxiously awaiting news" commented Yaletown C.E.O. John Cumming "and can report that we believe that all fundamental deal terms are agreed amongst the many parties involved. We anticipate that the necessary preliminary documentation will be completed within one to two weeks at which time the Company will release full details of the acquisition."
