Friday, 29 May 1998 A.S.E Trading Symbol: YAL Weird Homes - the Television Series! VANCOUVER, B. C., CANADA ------Yaletown Entertainment Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to make the following announcements: Broadcast License Finalized The Company has completed all formal documentation with the Life Channel for the Canadian broadcast license for Weird Homes. Pursuant to the terms of the broadcast license Life Channel will broadcast thirteen episodes of Weird Homes during prime time television viewing hours from September through December 1998. Production Financing Completed The Company has also finalized arrangements for all funding required for the production of the complete series of thirteen episodes. Filming Underway Production is presently underway with two film crews filming at numerous locations throughout North America. The initial episodes are due for delivery in July, 1998 for September broadcast. International Distribution The Company is in discussion with several international television distributors for the rights to distribute the complete Weird Homes series world-wide.
