The Company announces that principal photography of second season of 26 episodes of the Company's award winning television series Weird Homes is underway. Weird Homes is a half-hour television show about America's most peculiar homes and the people who built and live in them. Weird Homes first season won the Gold WORLDMEDAL for documentary series production at the prestigious New York International Television Festival and was nominated for three Leo Awards.

The Company has entered into negotiations with ParaSun Technologies Inc. to acquire certain license rights to use of the characters contained the cartoon strip UserFriendly. UserFriendly is a widely viewed computer oriented cartoon strip popularized via the internet web-site www.userfriendly.org.
