WEIRD HOMES - FINANCING
The Company announces that approvals for all necessary financing for the second season of 26 episodes of the Company's award winning television series Weird Homes have been received.
Weird Homes is a half-hour television show about America's most peculiar homes and the people who built and live in them. Weird Homes first season won the Gold WORLDMEDAL for documentary series production at the prestigious New York International Television Festival and was nominated for three Leo Awards.
USERFRIENDLY.org - the Internet e-Postcard
Further to the Company's news release of May 27th, 1999 the Company announces that subject only to concluding final documentation all material terms have been agreed with ParaSun Technologies Inc. regarding UserFriendly.org. Pursuant to the agreements reached the Company will license the exclusive world-wide rights to the use of the characters contained the cartoon strip UserFriendly for the amusement industry.
The Company will use these exclusive rights as the base for an internet e-Postcard business focused on the amusement parks. The Company is actively researching sources of available kiosk technology and will commence creating the necessary software components immediately. The Company intends to make e-Postcards available to amusement park patrons throughout the amusement park industry. The top 50 amusement parks world-wide draw approximately 250,000,000 visitors annually while the top 50 amusement parks in North America draw approximately 150,000,000 visitors annually. UserFriendly is a widely viewed computer oriented cartoon strip popularized via the internet web-site www.userfriendly.org.
The Company is in the early stages of negotiation with respect to two other internet opportunities.
