Tuesday, November 30, 1999 CDNX Trading Symbol: YAL

VANCOUVER, B. C., CANADA ------Yaletown Entertainment Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to make the following announcements:

Appointment of Manager, Corporate Communications

Mr. Roger Kelly has joined the staff of the Company as Manager of Corporate Communications. His function will be to raise the profile of the Company and its projects. Mr. Kelly comes to Company with a considerable background in public relations including six seasons with the B. C. Lions football organization, several years in the same capacity in professional basketball in Sweden and three years working in investor relations for a number of VSE and NASDAQ OTC companies.

Among Mr. Kelly's first steps is the contract engagement of Ms Carol Burgess to act as public relations and media officer for Weird Homes, the Company's award winning television series.

Said Mr. Kelly "Yaletown is highly undervalued. The Company has a successful television series now in its second season with planning for the next season already underway. It has additional projects in various stages of development. Its Weird Wheels pilot has been fully shot and is now in post production with delivery planned for early in the new year. There are a number of other projects that will be announced in the ensuing months. The message of this success must be communicated in a stronger manner than in the past. I have initiated steps to have the Company's web site completely re-done with completion scheduled for mid to late December and a corporate video is planned for completion in late January. As our plan unfolds, further announcements will be made."

Incentive Stock Options

The Company has granted to Mr. Kelly 500,000 employee stock options exercisable at $0.26 per share over five years. Current directors (John Cumming as to 200,000 options, Jim Woolsey as to 8,000 options) have voluntarily surrendered all or part of their outstanding options.
