VANCOUVER, B. C., CANADA ------Yaletown Entertainment Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to make the following announcements:
INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENTS
The Company has entered into agreements for investor relations� services with each of Mr. Ross Hunden and Mr. Kevin Philips. Pursuant to the agreements Mr. Hunden will receive $1,500 per month commencing February 1, 2000 plus 30,000 incentive options; Mr. Philips will receive $500 per month commencing February 1, 2000 plus 10,000 incentive options. The agreements are on a month to month basis and may be terminated at any time by either party. The incentive stock options are for a two year term exercisable at $0.26 per share. Both the investor relations agreements and the incentive stock options are subject to required regulatory filings and approvals.
POSTGRAM TERMINATED
The Company has determined that it will not be proceeding with Postgram. The Company continues to consider other internet /e-commerce opportunities related to the entertainment industry.
PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Further to the Company�s news release dated January 4, 2000 the Notice of Proposed Private placement has been filed with the Canadian Venture Exchange.
