VANCOUVER, B. C., CANADA ------Yaletown Entertainment Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to make the following announcement:
SERVICE PRODUCTION OF NEW SERIES FOR ALLIANCE ATLANTIS BROADCASTING
The Company has concluded an agreement with Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting to produce a 13 episode food series for the new Food Network Canada. The new series, New Classics with Rob Feenie, will feature internationally renowned chef Rob Feenie, owner and executive chef of Lumiere Restaurant. Lumiere has won the Gold Award as Vancouver's Best Restaurant two years in a row and was ranked as one of the top three restaurants in Canada by the Globe and Mail.
Mike Collier, President of Yaletown, will oversee the production as producer and creative director. Jurgen Gothe, the Company's food and wine consultant, will bring his own international reputation as a critic and broadcaster to the series as writer. Pre-production planning accelerated the production schedule for New Classics with Rob Feenie and shooting commenced this week. Yaletown will complete the first episodes of the series in time for release on Food Network Canada early this fall.
