VANCOUVER, B. C., CANADA ------Yaletown Entertainment Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to make the following announcement:
TOSCANA MIA TERMINATED
The Company has terminated its proposed six-episode production of Toscana Mia. The Company was unable to conclude a satisfactory business arrange with Umberto Management. The Company's broadcaster, Alliance Atlantis, was apprised of the details of the situation and has accepted the decision of the Company.
INVESTOR RELATIONS
The Company has engaged Mr. Jeff Murdock In an investor relation's capacity. Mr. Doug Philp has ceased to provide investor relation's services to the company. Mr. Murdock will be paid $3,000 per month on a month-to-month basis and will be granted an incentive stock option over 100,000 shares at a price of $0.26 per share. Mr. Murdock's appointment is subject to formal approval of the CDNX as required.
