ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the annual general meeting held February 28, 2002 Michael Collier, John Cumming, Brian Hammond and Jim Woolsey were re-elected and Casey Forward was elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Forward is a Certified General Accountant experienced in publicly traded companies and is currently the chief Financial Officer of Stream Communications Inc.

PRIVATE PLACEMENT

The private placement announced January 7th 2002 will proceed with 500,000 units being issued rather than the 1,000,000 units previously announced. The finder�s fee will be reduced from 100,000 shares to 50,000 shares. All other terms remain as previously announced. The placement remains subject to regulatory approvals.

MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Ms Debbie Walker has resigned as vice-president of the Post-Digital Group of Companies. The Company has no plans to replace her at this time.

2002 TELEVISION PRODUCTION

The Company has received letters of intent from The Life Network, a broadcast channel of Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting for the renewal of Weird Homes and a new series Weird Weddings. Subject to arranging all required production financing the Company will be producing 13 new episodes of its award winning television series Weird Homes and a one-hour special followed by a 13 episode one-half hour series Weird Weddings.

The Weird Weddings one-hour special is for delivery in May 2002 and the other half-hour episodes of both Weird Homes and Weird Weddings are for delivery starting in September 2002.
