LEO AWARD NOMINATIONS

The Company announces that both of last season�s television series garnered a total of three Leo Award Nominations.

The Company�s series Weird Homes, producer Mike Collier, was nominated in the category Best Lifestyle or Talk Series. Weird Homes has previously won the Gold WorldMedal at the New York Festivals, the Gemini Award and the Leo Award. Weird Homes is entering its fifth season this year.

The Company�s series Weird Wheels, producer Mike Collier, received two nominations, one in the category Best Information Series and the second for Best Screenwriting, Information Series. P. J. Reece and Arthur Black wrote the nominated episode. Weird Wheels has just completed its second season.

INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

The Company announces that it will grant up to 1, 200,000 director�s and employee incentive stock options exercisable during a five-year term at $0.10 per share subject to required regulatory and shareholder approvals.
