HOUSTON TELEVISION FESTIVAL AWARD

The Company announces that its popular television series Weird Wheels, producer Mike Collier, won the Silver Medal in the category Best Documentary Series at the 2002 Houston International Television Festival. The internationally recognized television festival received almost four thousand entries from around the world this year.

Weird Wheels, which has just completed its second production season with 39 High Definition episodes completed, is broadcast in Canada on Life Network and in the United States on Discovery�s Home and Leisure Channel. Weird Wheels has also been licensed for Discovery�s new High Definition Channel launching in the United States in June 2002.
