C., CANADA ------ David Dadon, Chairman of Yaletown Entertainment Corp., (the �Company�) is pleased to make the following announcement: GIANTS ENTERTAINMENT ASSIGNS STRIKE ZONE Giants Entertainment Inc., a Nevada corporation owned by Lydia Dadon, has assigned to the Company for one dollar ($1.00) rights to produce Strike Zone II. The original Strike Zone, an action adventure feature film produced in 2000 staring Frank Zagarino, Richard Lynch, Joe Lara, Billy Drago and Sonia Satra, was a commercial success for Giants and Frank Zagarino has already committed to Yaletown for Strike Zone II. The Company has secured J. Chris Ingvorsen, the writer and director of Strike Zone, for Strike Zone II. Lydia Dadon is the wife of David Dadon, Chairman of the Company.
